Terms & Conditions

1. Horses with an injury will not be treated without the prior authorisation of their Veterinary Surgeon.

2. Sarah Elizabeth Equine Sports Massage has adequate public liability and malpractice insurance.

​

3. Whilst every care is taken of the horse undergoing treatment, it is done so entirely at their owners' risk.

​

4. Horses with infectious or systemic conditions will not be treated.

​

5. Owners are required to notify Sarah if, during a course of treatments, the horses' injury or condition worsens, or if the Veterinary Surgeon advises that treatment is stopped or suspended.

​

6. Sarah reserves the right to refuse treatment to any horse.

​

7. Owners are requested to provide adequate restraint apparatus and to be present at all times during the horses' treatment session.

​

8. Sarah reserves the right to use video footage and photographic stills taken during treatment sessions.

​

9. Sarah Elizabeth Equine Sports Massage does not take any responsibility for any accident or injury sustained by the horses' handler, whilst the animal is undergoing massage treatment.

​

10. Sarah Elizabeth Equine Sports Massage cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property whilst on business premises.
